1. The agreement

These terms govern use of kawaproduction.com and, together with a written quote or proposal, any services purchased from Kawa Production (Bizramp Marketing Management, UAE). A signed proposal or paid invoice constitutes acceptance.

2. Services & scope

Deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined per project in writing. Listed prices are starting points; final quotes depend on scope. Anything not listed in the agreed scope is a change request and may be quoted separately.

3. Payment

Projects are confirmed on payment as set out in the quote (typically 100% before production for one-off projects; retainers are billed monthly in advance, 3-month minimum). Payment is made by the methods stated on the invoice.

4. Revisions

Each package includes the revision rounds stated in its scope. Additional rounds are quoted at our current rates. Revisions cover adjustments within the approved concept, not a new concept.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights to final deliverables. Raw footage, project files and our production methods (including AI systems and workflows) remain the property of Bizramp Marketing Management unless expressly transferred in writing. We may feature completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Client responsibilities

The client secures any required locations, products, permissions and approvals on their side, and warrants that materials supplied to us don't infringe third-party rights.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for platform outcomes (reach, views, sales) which no honest studio can guarantee.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
