Refunds.

1. Deposits & project payments

Payment confirms your booking and reserves production capacity. Once a shoot date is scheduled and pre-production has begun, payments are non-refundable, because that capacity was held for you.

2. Rescheduling

One free reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice before the shoot. Inside 72 hours, a rescheduling fee may apply. We're humans — talk to us; genuine emergencies are treated like it.

3. Cancellations

• More than 7 days before the shoot: full credit toward a future booking within 6 months.
• Within 7 days: payment is retained; we'll do our best to apply part of it to a rebooked date.

4. Retainers

Retainers have a 3-month minimum, then renew monthly. Cancel with 30 days' written notice; the current billed month is completed and delivered in full.

5. If we cancel

If we must cancel and can't offer an acceptable new date, you receive a full refund of the affected payment. That's only fair.

6. Quality concerns

If a deliverable doesn't match the agreed scope, tell us within 7 days of delivery — we'll fix it at no cost. Refunds aren't provided for subjective preference after scope-compliant delivery; that's what revision rounds are for.
